The final question is... what is the weirdest Christmas present you've received.
You know, the one that, when you opened it, made you go... huh?
Mine was a spider catcher... maybe that's why we're divorced lol!

You know the drill, leave a comment along with your email address (OR I CAN'T SEND YOU ANYTHING!) and the final 3 winners will be picked tomorrow

Thank you all so much for participating and I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all
a happy, healthy, and wonderful New Year, full of love, laughter and, of course, lots of books!

  1. The weirdest Christmas gift? I got that this year. I got a WHOLE CASE of macaroni'n'cheese-in-a-box -- wrapped as individual gifts. I am never ever going to starve, my friends have made sure of that. Or, I could make one hell of a macaroni portrait.

    ...i don't even like macaroni'n'cheese-in-a-box.....

  2. does a secret santa gift count? My lucky pick was a crocheted toilet paper roll cover...yep someone took the time to crochet the thing in festive colors! ardent(dot)ereader(at)gmail(dot)com

  3. Mine was more of a joke from my daughter. I have a toilet phobia... I'm terrified of public toilets, my daughter found a portable toilet cup while looking around on line and thought she would buy it for me.
My windows rattled as I screamed, everyone else were falling around laughing.

  5. Now that i think about it my best friend gave me a set of ceramic mouth flutes. One is shaped like an elephant and one is a dragon. To play them you have to blow up their tails. I love them but they are different. LOL

  6. I can't think of anything really weird, but one year I did get a stocking filled with candy I would never in my life eat from my husband who has known me for 20+ years. Why? Apparently that was all the smoke shop had at 8:00am on Christmas morning. Glad my daughter enjoyed the candy though.

  9. It was a flat weird frilly cloth something until I realized it was supposed to be a tissue box cover, which was definitely not to my taste.

  12. That would be this year, my mother gave me this pillow that is supposed to sit on your lap and hold your book for you. When I opened it I was super excited because the print on it was exactly like my sisters purse that I have been coveting. Then when I got down to it, I had to ask what it was. Needless to say my son uses it as a pillow more than I do :-) wendynjason04@gmail.com

  13. A step stool, because I'm short and can't reach the upper cupboards. Kids thought it was cute.
